Have you ever been invited to an event that you couldn't make because it was to far away? I feel like this happens often to me and it drives me nuts. I love shopping and I really love shopping for gifts! So here is a fun gift idea that you can personalize for any occasion you can't make.
My sister had sent me invitation to her graduation! She was graduating as a medical assistant and I wanted to be there so bad but with it being winter and her living in Reno and is in California the snow kept us home! I had to do something special for her so I decided to send her a package!
First things first I got a box, I got mine at Walgreens! While I was there I got her favorite candies.
Then I had to put my thinking cap on and had to think of what to get a medical assistant, so of course I went to..... Hobby Lobby! There I found an adorable black & gold sign with a quote that really made me think of her and found some really cute frame to match. I put a picture of her and my daughter in one and left the other one for her graduation picture.
Then I found a cute lanyard and decided to order her a badge clip from origami owl and i put some personal charms in it for her. The scrub top is my favorite! They have so many adorable charms it's so easy and so fun to customize necklaces and bracelets for anyone.
Now my favorite part about this whole package is the next and final part! Decorating the box!! So what I did was pick out some cute scrapbook paper of course and matching colors. I used my cricut to make a little medical assistant that looked like her and a stethoscope. Then chose "congrats sissy" to be the message when she opens the box.
It was so fun putting this package together and was so excited for her to get it! I love how it all came together!
